Operating Hours:
All requests are accepted from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday - Saturday, via phone or email. -
Same-Day Pick-Up and Next-Day Delivery:
Upon request, orders received before 12:00 pm will be picked up on the same day and delivered the next day. Requests received on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday. -
Specialty Items:
Please allow 2-3 days for specialty items such as Suede and Leather, Carpet and Drapery, Bridal Gowns, and Garment Restoration.
PICK-UP and DELIVERY PROCEDURE
If you haven't set up delivery yet, simply call us at 0189 5634 140 Alternatively, you can fill in your information on the below form
- Schedule Setup: We will arrange a convenient schedule for you and provide a VIP bag for your garments.
- VIP Bag Preparation: Place your entire garment to be cleaned in the provided VIP bag. If you have any special instructions, please let us know.
- Drop-off Location: Leave the bag at the designated area.
- We Take Care of the Rest: Sit back and relax! We'll handle the cleaning and deliver your garments back to you.
