- Annies Dry Cleaning does not accept cheque payments.
- Please check your order before leaving the shop or before our driver departs from your place. We cannot be held responsible for missing items thereafter.
- Complaints or potential claims must be returned unworn or unused with the original packaging within 48 hours of the item being collected; otherwise, it will invalidate any potential complaint/claim.
- Orders can only be held for a maximum of one month. We reserve the right to dispose of any uncollected orders after this period, and any claim for items after this time will not be the responsibility of Annies Dry Cleaning.
- We take no responsibility for damages that occur due to items being worn out during cleaning and pressing.
- Regarding curtains, we may not be able to remove mold or yellow damp stains. Deterioration in curtains can cause rips and damages, for which we will not accept responsibility.
- We are not responsible for the loss of hooks and buttons during the cleaning process.
- Customers are required to check all item pockets before handing them over. We are not responsible for ink spillages from pens or other damages caused by items left in the pockets.
- Upon order collection, we advise customers to check all items, as we cannot accept responsibility for missing items after leaving the branch. If the order is being delivered, we still recommend checking before the driver departs.
- The cleaning process follows instructions and information on item labels. We do not take responsibility for damages occurring due to wrong instructions or fake labeling.
- Any incidents proving the manufacturer’s fault will be confirmed in writing, entitling you to a full refund. If unresolved, items may be sent to a legal company for investigation. If damages are due to our cleaning process, a full purchase refund will be offered; otherwise, you are liable for charges and costs.
- With 20 years of experience, we aim to provide the best quality. Dissatisfied customers have the right to return items for free redoing of the work.
- Suede and leather items are waxed and polished after cleaning to address potential color changes.
- Under special circumstances, damages or losses due to our fault will be compensated, with a maximum compensation of 30 times the service cost. Notify us if any item is valued over £400 when placing the order.
- Late Delivery: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, London traffic may cause delays. We will keep customers informed, and if unable to deliver on the expected day, it will be delivered the following working day.
